Your data
The University of 蘑菇短视频 Digital Skills web app uses data from your University staff records to deliver personalised services based on your role, department, and contract.
Your individual quiz responses, dashboard data, and learning recommendations are private to you. Managers never see your individual answers or personally identifiable data.
Self-Assessment Quiz – Displays relevant profiles based on your role using department and contract data (sourced from iTrent).
Learner Dashboard – Displays personalised insights based on your responses and recommended resources. This information is saved to support your development.
Share with Manager – You can opt to share your personalised learning recommendations with your manager via the ‘Share with Manager’ button. This is fully under your control and done at your discretion.
Feedback or Support – Information you submit is stored securely in SharePoint and only visible to relevant staff.
Manager dashboard and aggregated insights
Managers and leaders can access aggregated, anonymised team-level data regardless of team size. This includes:
- Average confidence and motivation scores
- Number of completed and not completed self-assessments
- Popular resources and trends
Individual responses are never visible. Aggregated insights are provided to support development conversations, PDRs, and organisational planning.
Statistics and analytics
We collect usage data such as clicks, timestamps, and device type to improve the service. Data is processed using pseudonymised identifiers and only presented in aggregated formats for reporting.
Analytics may also support features such as trending resources and most-used content.
